How much do you charge per photo?
Each photo is $15 each, otherwise we have bulk packages designed to help you get more bang for your buck! Packages of 3 images are $40, 5 are $65 and 10 are $125.
How do I guarantee that I will get photos taken by you at an event?
At bigger events where multiple rings and things are running at the same time, I may open up a booking form as I cannot be in two places at once. By completing this form, you are ensuring that you will get photos taken of you. For smaller scale events where I do not open up a booking form, feel free to reach out to me and give me your name, class and rider number.
Are the images we view in the collection edited?
Yes, all images are sorted through and carefully edited one by one before being uploading up to a collection.
How do I receive the images I bought?
Upon purchasing my images, you should receive them in an email available to download instantly. It is important to ensure that you enter your email correctly when purchasing images, otherwise you will not receive them. Under the event where you do not receive your images, please check your spam folder and reach out to me if they're not locatable.
How do I download the images so that they maintain high quality?
Screen shoting your bought images will reduce their quality, so to ensure that they stay in tip top shape, follow these instructions. Firstly, open your email and press the 'Download Photos' button. From here, you will be taken to your browser where you will need to press the download link to begin the download. You then must go into your phones files/downloads where you will find a 'Zip' file. Press this and it should turn into a folder, where you can then access each photo one by one. Finally you should be able to save these images to camera roll. If assistance is required, let me know and I will send you visual image instructions on what to do step by step.
Do you do reels?
Reels are not something I specialise in at this present moment, although at some events I may offer them at a discounted price for practice purposes. If you would like a reel at an event please don't hesitate to reach out as I may be able to help. In the near future, when gear permits, I plan to have reels become a regular practice at Chloe Tianah Photography.
How does our club/organisation book you in for an event?
I love nothing more than when clubs come to me asking me to be their official photographer for an upcoming event. Feel free to reach out to me via Instagram, Facebook, email or phone number to find out if I'm available for an upcoming event you'd like me for. I do book out months in advance in the warmer months, so the sooner you organise my attendance, the better. I do not charge the club/organisation a fee for my attendance - I purely work off of my sales.
I don't have PayPal so can't complete my purchase. What do I do?
If you are unable to pay via PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact me directly. I would be more than happy to arrange payment via bank transfer or payID.
What type of private shoots do you offer?
I offer a few different private shoot services. There is an option of having either a 30 minute or a 1 hour private shoot, which can be ridden, in hand, bareback, or whatever your like! I also offer black background portrait shoots, and will soon be introducing some special options for this.
How do I book a photography session with you?
Booking a photography session is easy. Simply reach out to me through my Instagram, Facebook, email, or phone, and let me know the type of session you're interested in. I will guide you through the process, discuss your requirements, and find a convenient date and time for your session.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
One thing I like to pride myself on is my turn around time! Unlike other photographers, I'm at the computer straight after a private shoot and editing away to get images done as soon as possible. Typically they are finished and uploaded to a private gallery in no more than a week, but under the circumstances that I am busy with events, turnaround time may be extended.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
If the weather doesn't look like it is going to cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, I will typically communicate with you a few days prior to discuss options. Typically I will cancel a shoot and reschedule if rain is forecast as I want to ensure you're getting the best looking photos possible!
